Delivery Policy

Here at The BHB, we aim to dispatch in-stock wigs or toppers within 7 days, if not sooner!

 If your item is out of stock or we are experiencing delays, we will contact you to discuss your options.

 If your item requires additional customisation from our hair stylists, please allow an additional 5-10 business days.

 All BHB Wig + Topper orders are sent via DHL Express with tracking. Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed the tracking details separately from DHL, and you will be able to track your package along the way!

 The Beautiful Hair Boutique is not responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may be incurred on all International Orders. Information about your country's customs policies is publicly available and can usually be found on your government's official website. As customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's authorities, we are unable to calculate or advise on these charges. As the purchaser of internationally shipped goods, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with any applicable import fees before placing your order.

 Please contact us if your order is urgent, and we will do our best to accommodate you! We can let you know what we have available for delivery asap if the item you have picked is going to take a little longer.
