Sam McClymont's Journey
When Australian singer-songwriter and television presenter Sam McClymont reached out to us in 2024, she was looking for a beautiful, natural-looking wig to wear throughout her chemotherapy treatment following a breast cancer diagnosis.
Creating Sam's Wig
We started with a virtual wig consultation, giving Sam the opportunity to explore different styles and colours from the comfort of home. Together, we worked through the options to find a look she would love. She decided on one of our 14-inch Luxury European Human Hair Wigs, with a beautiful blonde colour inspired by a photo Sam shared with us. Getting the colour just right was important, so our in-house colourists worked their magic, custom-colouring the wig to bring Sam's inspiration to life.
Sam's Visit To Sydney
Once it was ready, we sent her beautiful new wig to our Sydney boutique, where Sam travelled up from Canberra to collect it and meet the team in person. Sam chose to visit us in store for her custom cut and styling, allowing us to perfect the fit and finish and make sure everything felt just right.
We absolutely loved meeting Sam and her beautiful sister Mollie, who joined her for the appointment. It was such a lovely experience getting to spend time with them both and helping Sam bring her new look to life. From our first virtual consultation to creating her custom blonde wig and welcoming her into our Sydney boutique, it was a pleasure to be involved every step of the way.
