Our wigs are designed to fit snug. With daily wear they will stretch around half a cap size and soften and mould to your head. The wigs come with adjustable straps which allow you to tighten or loosen the cap as desired.

While the hair features a slightly coarser texture it remains incredibly soft to the touch and tangle-free, blending seamlessly to feel just like your own hair.
Our Asian hair type combines a straighter texture with realistic movement, looking exactly like hair growing directly from the head.

Our Platinum Lace Collection wigs are available in 14″ through to 22″ finished lengths, with our most commonly stocked sizes being 14″/16″/18″/20″.
How to measure finished length:
- From the Crown: Place a soft measuring tape at the crown (the top centre of the wig cap where the parting begins).
- Follow the Flow: Pull the tape straight down following the natural fall of the hair to the end of the longest strand.
- Stretch Textures: Gently straighten curly or wavy hair before measuring to find the true stretched length. If you are ordering a wavy hair wig, please allow an extra 1–2″ buffer to allow for the bounce of the curl.

Yes — our silk top + lace front design is built to perfectly mimic the look of a natural scalp. The luxury silk base completely conceals knots, and sheer Swiss lace melts into the skin for a seamless transition from the silk top to forehead. Light density hair volume moves naturally without any heavy bulk.
What is the difference between European Human Hair and Premium Remy Hair?
What is the difference between European Human Hair and Premium Remy Hair?
100% Luxury Virgin European hair is finer and softer in texture, whereas our Premium Remy hair is slightly coarser in texture and fuller in body, as it is of Asian origin.
Both hair types are ethically sourced with the cuticles left intact, making the hair aligned in one direction, which means less tangling and a much more natural wig.
Virgin European human hair can be coloured lighter and will retain its stunning shine and soft texture. Our Remy hair has been pre-coloured and can only be coloured darker, or have roots or lowlights added.

This always depends on how well you look after it. Hair is a delicate fibre and needs to be treated with the utmost care — avoid direct sunlight on the piece for extensive periods, use only salon-quality products, and follow the care instructions provided with your purchase.

Our hair will generally ship within 5–7 days, depending on your requirements. If your item requires additional customisation from our hair stylists, please allow an additional 7–10 business days.
All BHB wig and topper orders are sent via DHL Express with tracking. Once your order has been sent, you'll be emailed the tracking details.
